• Installed proper (Pro-Start seal system) to keep out ice
and Water.
• Installed proper Timber Tech Ridge Caps rated at 110 miles
per hour. Proper caps are installed to get the entire wind rating,
for the entire roof. Wind warranty is important!
• Installed new copper flashing ( where roof meets the brick
walls ) and cut-in to the mortar joints when flashing was applied.
• Installed lead-pipe collars, on all the pipes to last
the last the life of the roof.
NOTE: Aluminum rubber booted pipe collars deteriorate after
7 to 8 years, then you have to rip up the seals up on your shingles
to install new pipe.
• Installed Snow Country Ridge Vents on the ridges to prevent
wind driven rain from blowing into the attic and voids.
